Honestly no complains at all. Interesting accommodation with great location to a great restaurant. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Very amiable and friendly staff throughout our stay. Location so close to the castle and the center, the centre of Montalcino, and activities in the surrounding area as well as local bars and restaurants.

I had such a memorable stay at Il Palazzo in Montalcino. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore everything. The building itself was a charming piece of history, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully preserved. The breakfast served by the owner was fantastic, and the staff were amazing, always available to offer advice and recommendations. Even though there was no air conditioning, sleeping with the window open provided a comfortable breeze. I highly recommend this incredible place for a unique and enjoyable stay in Montalcino.

Found a charming hotel that made me feel like I was living in an authentic historical era with all the amenities of the present day. the location was perfect, and it's easy to explore the city and have a great Italian dining experience. Even better, they offered discounts at nearby restaurants. the room was nicely furnished, this rare gem was worth the price.
The internet was an issue, I had to walk outside, and that was inconvenient. when I arrived, there wasn't a receptionist at the desk, which was frustrating, but they arrived shortly after.

Amazing service and a beautiful property. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering insider tips on local attractions, and even bringing us a delicious midnight snack. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering sweeping views of the city. We especially enjoyed the unique decor and historical feel of the property.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, as we had to park quite far away from the hotel. , the wifi was spotty at best, making it difficult to stay connected.
